Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
    Add vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with the zucchini. Fold in nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
