Ingredients

20 large mushrooms
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. diced fine onion
2/3 c. diced zucchini
2 Tbsp. chopped basil
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
8 slices pepperoni, cut up
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Twist off mushroom stems.
Trim inside mushroom to enlarge cavity.
Saute in butter the garlic, onion, zucchini and basil. Remove from heat; blend in tomato sauce.
Stuff pepperoni into bottom of mushroom.
Add mix; sprinkle with cheese.
Line pan with parchment paper.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
