Maple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour (do not use all-purpose)
    2 Tbsp. maple flavoring
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix with spoon.
    Bake in 15 x 7 x 2-inch pan for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil thoroughly.
    Add flour, flavoring and mix well.
    Add pecans.
    Lightly grease pan.
    Do not leave in oven any longer than 45 minutes.
