Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    6 boneless chicken breasts, halved
    6 slices turkey ham
    6 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Add bouillon cube and mushrooms with juice.
    Skin chicken and drain.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce on 1 slice turkey ham, then add 1 slice of cheese, 1 chicken breast and roll.
    Hold with a toothpick.
    Make all six.
    Place in a greased dish, seam side down.
    Pour white sauce over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
