Herbed Spinach Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
 
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. soft oleo
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt or less
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary or thyme
Preparation
- 
                            Cook and drain spinach.
 
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cut in squares.
Makes 6 servings.
