Mother'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar (1 5/8 c.)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda (1 3/4)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water (2 1/2 c.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix
    dry
    ingredients
    together and set aside.\tCombine water, vanilla, oil and vinegar.
    Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 (9-inch) round
    layers,
    a
    9 x 13-inch sheet cake or 30 cupcakes.
