Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. black pepper or less to taste
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. grated yellow squash
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoonfuls into 2 to 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
