Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    pinch of salt
    small amount of butter
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, but egg whites.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into other mixture.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Cook until knife comes out clean.
