Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. ground ham
    1 1/3 lb. ground pork
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine meats, crumbs, pepper, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Form in loaf in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour. Serve with horseradish sauce. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
