Snappy Cheese Apple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 whole cinnamon stick and 1 bay leaf, if desired
chili powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chili powder, cinnamon and bay leaf.
Form into shape of an apple. Sprinkle generously with chili powder.
Make stem with stick of cinnamon and add bay leaf. Chill.
Slice and serve with assorted crackers.
Or, shape into rolls about 1 1/2-inches in diameter before rolling in chili powder.
Chill.
