Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. cut rhubarb
    2 eggs, well beaten
    double pie crust
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour and margarine.
    Add eggs; beat until smooth.
    Pour over rhubarb in bowl; fold and mix well.
    Spoon into pastry-lined pie plate and top with remaining pastry dough.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn temperature down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
