Fesmire'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 jar apricot preserves
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and place in 9 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish. Spread preserves on chicken.
    Sprinkle the dried soup over the chicken.
    Then pour dressing to cover dish.
    Bake covered for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Sometimes I uncover the dish the last 5 to 10 minutes in oven.
    Serve over rice.
