Hodge Podge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can minestrone soup
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 to 8 c. Minute rice (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain grease.
    Mix in all ingredients, except rice.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Pour over rice, if desired.
