Apple-Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2/3 c. apple juice or milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar (brown)
    1/4 c. sugar (white)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 apple, chopped
Preparation
    Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with cups.
    In bowl, beat egg with juice, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in nuts and apple.
    Fill cups.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Makes 12 muffins.
