Cherry Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. apple cider
    1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
Preparation
    Combine apple cider and cinnamon stick in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Serve beverage hot.
    Makes 2 quarts.
