County Fair Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in combined egg and milk, then coat with cheese mixture.
    Place in 9 x 11 greased baking dish.
    Pour butter over top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour only.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
