Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp)
1 tsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
finely chopped pecans
dash of Tabasco sauce
garlic salt (optional)

Preparation

Combine softened cheeses, mixing well.
Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
Shape in a ball, then roll in nuts. Serve with party crackers of your choice.
I make two cheese balls from this recipe.
