Cheese Casserole(Baked Cheese Fondue) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter, soft
10 slices white bread, crust removed, buttered and cubed
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
Preparation

In large bowl; beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper, mustard. In greased casserole, layer cubed, buttered bread and cheese. Pour egg mixture over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (until golden brown and souffle-like). Serves 6 to 8.
