Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
    1 pkg. fresh frozen coconut, thawed
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Mix cake by directions on cake box.
    Add coconut and flavoring.
    Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan by directions on box. While cake is baking, mix evaporated milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and coconut flavoring plus enough water to make a scant 2 cups of the ingredients.
    (I use 3/4 cup or more of water.)
    After cake is done and is still warm, pierce the top with a toothpick and pour the mixture over cake.
    Cool in the refrigerate overnight.
    Spread top with whipped topping and sprinkle with 1 package of frozen coconut (thawed).
    Keep refrigerated.
