Pork Chops Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 qt. sauerkraut, do not drain
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. sour cream (thick)
    1 c. buttered dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown chops in their own fat in heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Season.
