Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. pure vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. black walnuts
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in a big bowl, add eggs and oil, stir until moistened.
    Do not beat with a mixer.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple and nuts.
    Mix and fold in bananas.
    Spoon into 3 well-greased 9-inch round pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done.
    Cool.
