Creole Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 medium onions
    2 medium carrots
    4 medium potatoes
    1 c. cold water
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips and place over oil.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add thinly sliced onions, carrots and potatoes.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add soup and water.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
