Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes
    in microwave about 5 minutes per potato. Cut in half lengthwise.
    Spoon out inside of potato into bowl. Mix with sour cream and margarine; add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon into potato skins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned.
