Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. medium potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    32 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    9 slices raw bacon, finely cut up
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar or sweet pickles to taste
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes covered until tender, 30 minutes.
    Do not overcook; drain and cool.
    Peel and cut into cubes with salt, pepper, onions, radishes, celery seed and parsley.
    Saute bacon in skillet over low heat until crisp.
    Remove with slotted spoon. Remove bacon and add to potatoes.
    Drain all but 1 tablespoon of bacon fat; stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Stir in sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stirring, toss potato mixture until combined.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 6.
