Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia))
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese well.
    Add sour cream and beat until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, blending well.
    Beat in eggs until smooth.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn oven off and allow cake to remain in oven for another hour.
    Remove cake from oven; cool.
    Topping the cake with any flavor fruit pie filling after it is cool, gives height to the cake.
