Mother'S Lemon Chess Pie(Pearl Bassett) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    3 eggs (large)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    8 or 9-inch uncooked pie crust
Preparation
    To 2 cups of sugar, add 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cornmeal and mix together.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add butter, milk and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake slowly at 350\u00b0 in oven for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Serve warm or cold.
