Fish Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. whitefish fillets
1 pkg. shredded jalapeno cheese
1 c. chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tsp. melted butter (optional)
Preparation
-
Spray a 9 x 6-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray and place fillets in pan.
Cover with a layer of spinach.
Cover with a layer of cheese and top with bread crumbs.
Drizzle with butter if desired.
Bake.
