Raisin Bran Muffins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 level tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. canola oil
1 c. all natural applesauce
5 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Blend flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in cereal.
Add buttermilk, oil, applesauce and egg whites.
Blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not stir batter again.
Store overnight before baking.
Mixture may be stored in refrigerator in a non-metal container for up to 6 weeks.
