Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb pieces
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces.
    Stir 1 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour together and mix with rhubarb.
    Put in pan and dot with butter.
    Mix remaining sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in beaten egg.
    Put on top of rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
