Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
9 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Put in vinegar, vanilla and water and mix well.
Pour in greased pan.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 33 minutes.
Use any kind of white icing.
