No Peek Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
    1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic.
    Combine with soup mix. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
    Makes six servings.
    Serve with hot noodles, hot bread and salad.
