Strawberry-Rhubarb Jell-O Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box strawberry Jell-O
1 can rhubarb
1 (6 oz.) pkg. crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pkg. Dream Whip
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in one cup boiling water.
Add thawed strawberries, undrained rhubarb and pineapple.
Set in refrigerator till thickened.
Mix Dream Whip as directed.
Blend in softened cream cheese to topping.
Pour onto top of Jell-O mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.\tLet set for 3 hours.
