Peach Ribbon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    dash of salt
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, extra creamy
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
Preparation
    Peach layers:
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Chill until partially set.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over sliced peaches.
