Chili Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
6 oz. white cheese (Swiss or Monterey Jack)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (and juice)
5 eggs, beaten until frothy
Preparation

Grate and mix cheeses together.
Line bottom of a 9-inch square ovenproof dish with half of the cheese mixture.
Spread green chilies and juice over cheese mixture.
Layer remaining cheese. Pour eggs over cheeses and chili mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut into bars or squares.
For a spicier appetizer, add cayenne pepper.
