Deviled Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, tenderized
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. tomato sauce (one 15 oz. can)
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small bell pepper
    2 c. crushed tomatoes (one 14.5 oz. can)
Preparation
    Flour, salt, pepper and Accent steak pieces; fry in hot oil until brown, but not done.
    Remove from skillet.
    Add onion and bell pepper; saute.
    Mix remaining ingredients and return steak to skillet.
    Pour mixture over steak and stir.
    Cover tightly and simmer approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add a little water if needed during cooking.
    Serve over rice.
