Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. egg roll skins (18 to 20)
Preparation

Brown meats.
Add onions and cook slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute more.
Remove from heat and let cool (30 minutes).
