Mother'S Not-So-Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 to 2 lb. hamburg
    2 medium diced onions
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 2/3 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
    3 tsp. black pepper
    3 to 9 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. beef broth
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 to 2 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and garlic.
    Add paprika, oregano, salt, red and black pepper and chili powder.
    Mix well.
    Add beef broth and tomatoes.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Drain beans.
    Add and cook 1 1/2 hours.
