Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can bean sprouts, drain well
1 bag spinach
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 purple onion
3-4 hard cooked eggs
6 slices bacon, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine bean sprouts, spinach, water chestnuts, onion and eggs in bowl.
Add bacon.
Shake together sugar, salad oil, worcestershire sauce, catsup and vinegar.
Pour over spinach mixture.
