Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked pumpkin
    3 c. milk, scalded
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    9 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Add beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and spices to pumpkin. Gradually add scalded milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 3 pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
