Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. plus 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy.
Add lemon juice, vanilla and eggs.
Beat real good.
Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 1 hour or until center is firm.
Cool to room temperature.
Spread with strawberry glaze (optional).
Chill for 3 hours.
Loosen edge of cheesecake with knife before removing from pan.
