Ritzy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
20 to 25 Ritz crackers
1/2 to 3/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Pull chicken from bone.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Layer pieces of chicken on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour the soup and sour cream mixture over the chicken.
Pour the crushed Ritz crackers over the soup mixture.
Melt butter or margarine and drizzle it on top of the Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
