Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 can pimento
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 can English peas
    1 can French-style green beans
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop celery, pepper, onion and pimento.
    Drain vegetables; mix salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, water and oil.
    Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved.
    Let cool; pour over vegetables and mix.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
