Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can hot chili beans
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chunky tomato sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet brown ground chuck, onions and green peppers. Drain.
    Put rest of ingredients into a large pot.
    Heat and add meat mixture.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    This freezes well.
