Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream first 2 ingredients.
Add egg, mix well.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in 8 x 10-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Do not preheat oven.
