Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    3 or 4 large baking potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Add single layer of potatoes, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices.
    Turn once in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
