Ham Loaf Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bread cubes
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 lb. ham loaf mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 pineapple slices, halved
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix 1/3 cup of soup, meat, onions, bread cubes, eggs and mustard.
    Shape into loaf.
    Press pineapple deeply into the meat.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. In saucepan, blend remaining soup and sour cream.
    Heat; stir now and then.
    Serve over loaf.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
