Hunter'S Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium sized potato
    1 small onion
    1 medium carrot
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Tear off a 14-inch length of aluminum foil.
    Place tablespoon of butter in center of foil.
    Slice onion, carrot and potato into one-quarter inch slices and arrange in center of foil.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Pat ground chuck into patty and place on top of vegetables.
    Seal foil tightly and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or on campfire on hot coals.
