Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/3 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Put potatoes in mixing bowl. Add sugar, syrup, cinnamon and salt. Beat with mixer. Add eggs and milk. Add melted butter and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at high temperature. Then reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 35 minutes until knife comes out clean.
