Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sliced strawberries
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Beat eggs. Blend in oil, vanilla and milk.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until moistened.
    Fold in strawberries.
    Spoon into well-greased 2 1/2-inch muffin tins or paper-lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove to wire rack.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 to 14.
