Sour Milk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sour milk (equals 1 qt. buttermilk)
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. liquid oil
    5 c. flour
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat together the sour milk, eggs and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Will keep for 1 to 2 weeks.
    Makes 2 quarts.
    Make pancakes and waffles.
